Starting in Fall 2025, I will be offering two group therapy options designed to provide connection, healing, and growth in a supportive space.
Community Building for Mothers
This group is for mothers seeking a sense of belonging and connection during the unique journey of parenthood. Together, we’ll create a community where you can share your experiences, build meaningful relationships, and find support from others who understand the joys and challenges of motherhood.
Skills for Healing Trauma
This group is for women ready to take steps toward healing from trauma. We’ll focus on building practical skills to manage emotions, increase self-compassion, and strengthen resilience in a safe and empowering environment.
Group therapy is a powerful way to grow alongside others who share similar experiences while learning tools to navigate life’s challenges. If you’re ready to join a supportive space for connection and healing, I’d love to have you.

Reflective Supervision & Consultation
I offer reflective supervision for developing clinicians who specialize in infant mental health, work with parents, or are involved in child welfare. My supervision style focuses on providing a space for reflection, support, and guidance to help you navigate complex clinical cases. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, gain insight into your work, and deepen your understanding of trauma-informed practice.
Reflective Groups
I offer reflective groups for teams who want to think clinically together, providing a space to reflect on complex cases and deepen your collective understanding of your work. These groups are designed for teams in the fields of infant mental health, parenting support, and child welfare who seek to enhance their clinical practice through collaborative reflection. Working together, we’ll explore case dynamics, identify strengths and challenges, and develop shared strategies for supporting families and children.
Training
In addition to supervision, I provide specialized training for professionals looking to expand their knowledge and expertise in working with families.
